Congratulations to Josh Cox of Barrett & Coe Swansea who has achieved his first Baby of the Month Winning image!
His image of baby T’Amir proved popular with our Photographer, Mum and Sponsor judging panels, and T’Amir will soon receive a £50 Boots voucher, plus the chance to win £5000 in the 2024 Baby of the Year competition.
Commenting on his win, Josh told us: “‘I was honoured when chosen as a Baby of the Month winner here at the Swansea studio, and it’s great to be listed amongst all the other successful Barrett and Coe photographers. I’m looking forward to proudly showing off my winner’s certificate and continuing to win more awards, giving some great prizes to future families that come through the door also helping towards a great cause in Tusk! Thank you little T’Amir for being such a great model!”
Barrett & Coe Swansea is the second Barrett & Coe company-owned studio to open in 2024, offering baby, family, and pet portrait photography. Josh Cox is our photographer, running the Swansea studio. Josh had always dreamed of becoming a photographer, having studied for a degree in photography in Cardiff in 2012. After his degree, he worked for leading portraiture studio in the UK as well as becoming a freelance wedding photographer.
The studio, based in Swansea Enterprise Park, is a short walk away from the beautiful Frendrod lake, teaming with wildlife, it’s the perfect place for walking the dogs or having a picnic. The studio is also a short drive away from Plantasia Tropical Zoo which is a real rainforest zoo in the heart of Swansea City Centre – A great day out with the kids featuring Wales’ only Crocodile feeding experience. So there are lots of things to do before or after your fantastic photography experience!
